Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

All games available on xbajj use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the actual configuration running on the xbajj platform. xbajj does not modify game outcomes, adjust volatility based on player behaviour, or alter RTP settings outside of the parameters set by the game provider.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — such as a disconnection, server error, or software fault — the affected round may be voided and any stake returned to your account. xbajj will not honour payouts that result from a technical error that produced an outcome inconsistent with the game's normal operation.
